What? What happened? I'm majorly confused, is Alfred seeing shit? Christopher Nolan, you have managed to make a shitty ending once again. Bad ending to a mostly bad movie.

Well the lighting was saturated, so it looked like it was either a dream thing or a happy ending thing.

... You weren't paying attention. they had a brief moment just before that in which Luscious Fox goes to begin working on the auto pilot feature on "The Bat" and the two engineers tell him that there already was one. One that was uploaded from the mobile phone of Bruce Wayne. Also they foreshadowed that scene and the auto pilot thing very well in the first and second act.
