I know this is a TV movie ,but I felt It needed to be reviewed on here. (Warning Spoilers and This is my first review EVER)

When I was little one of my favorite shows was Ed,Edd,'n,Eddy. I loved it to death. When I heard there was a film coming out on TV I was pumped I was there! So here is my review

Plot:The Eds pull off another one of thier classic scams ,but this time the scam goes horribly wrong. Johnney had a bear trap on his head,Plank was cut up,Rolf had big scars, and Nazz was in a box. They were all F*cked up. So The Eds run away after a huge car chase with Kevin and Rolf. So they escape and make a plan to go to Eddy's brother's house. While the kids (including The Kanker Sisters) chase them. After a long while of good jokes and heartwarming moments they get to Eddy's brother's house who turns out to be the oppisite of what Eddy says (in other words a douche) turns out Eddy was lieing about his borother's awsomeness. So while he is getting beat up the kids gain up on him and defeat him. The Eds become friends with them and it ends on a good note.

I really liked this story because it seems like what a EE'nE movie would be ,and it takes me back to when I was a kid. It also has a message of Friendship and to be yourself which I also liked. What people have been complaining about is that the awful scam was never revealed ,but personally I licked they kept it a mysterey because it lets the viewer guess and wonder. Another thing I liked about it is that it ended on a good note ,and it was AWSOME to see the Eds finally have their wishes of friends finally come true. I'm surprised it did not come out in theaters because it looks like something from a movie theater because for an EE'nE movie it looks detailed. I would have paid to see it in theaters because I digged the hell out of this movie. If this is the final episode then I don't think it could have ended any better it took me back to my childhood (I know I said that already), It made me feel sad, happy, mad, and other emotions and this is a cartoon! It had good humor and It was very fun. I really had no HUGE problems with it ,but I will say that this is STRICTLY ONLY FOR Ed,Edd,'n Eddy fans! Overall an awsome film ,and probably one of my fav films ever....also Kevin gets bitch slapped XD

My Rating:
Better Than Sex!

If you liked the show even a little, than you'll love this movie. It has excellent character development, none of it feel forced, and it has a kick-ass opening that starts slow by showing the aftermath of their scam and the high-intensity chase that follows.
I also like that it wasn't rushed like that not bad but not so great Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends movie about Wilt runing away.

Seriously?

I thought Big Picture Show was ok, but definitely not a high point for the series. The first three or so seasons had a lot of clever writing and gags that did what the early seasons of Spongebob did so well: use simple story ideas to great effect. They did not need to be complicated or layered stories. Even something as simple as "washing Rolf's animals" or "Plank and Jonny not friends anymore" were made fun with great character writing and word play. The later seasons scraped this unfortunately to do more of that terribly overdone "goofy" stuff like most shows do now. You know, nonsensical gags, flat character writing and "acting" that is mostly people shouting at the top of their lungs. This movie still had that sadly, though it did not feel as painful since they were not cramming it into only ten minutes. It still lacked heart and wit though and that is my biggest complaint. It only really got interesting when the Kevin/Nazz storyline happened or in the end when Eddy's brother showed up because they felt more genuine than the actually really unfunny stories involving Rolf or Jonny.

Good Wilt Hunting (that show you mentioned) however actually had a lot of heart and wit going for it. It was dependent on the interactions and emotions of the characters and had emotion backing it up. The characters did not need to try and be "goofy" because they had a natural quirkiness that was comfortable in the universe they established for themselves. It helps too it had clever writing with minimal yet effective use of physical gags.

first review huh? well, great job dude. i look forward to other reviews by you and welcome to spill if its your first. check some of mine out if you can too.

and i loved the movie too. but i believe even if you only saw a little bit of the show you would still like it. full price to me

I agree! I was a big fan of the show, and I was really happy to see it capped off so well. The movie dig a great job of summing up the series and had all these great little throwbacks to old episodes.

It's just a great ending to a great show
