download podcasts without itunes

My internet is too slow to fully load the podcasts on the site, I don't have dial up but my ISP has been slowing us down for a few months now and I dont have the money to get a new one right now, I download podcasts while I sleep but I cant download the podcasts on spill without itunes, I have a Zune and they arent on their network either, I would download iTunes but they dont use the mp3 format so there'd be no point, so does anyone have any idea if there is a way I can download it on the site or if there is another site that will allow me to download it?
