As someone who's reading Chuck Palanuik's Pygmy and in the past 3 months read all of Orson scott card's ender and shadow sagas(mind you I didn't pay for them) and most of Chuck's previous books outside of fight club, yep people like books.

Books are still going well but mostly Digital books. But if you're godzilla why do care about books and how are you even able to type.

Ancient Kaijuu secret

Do audiobooks count?

I dont really have the time to sit down and read an actual book, but Ive been going through a lot of audiobooks lately:)

Of course I do. I have Les Miserable, I Robot, Hunchback of Notre-dome and other books of history & religion (Bible, Quran, Siddhartha & others). I also read different Comic & Manga including One Piece, Some old Superman & Spider-man Comics, Monster and so on.

I'm always happy to discuss anything to do with books, so whatever the topic, I'm here!

I'm currently reading Generation X and I love it so much. The use of language is perfect and unfortunately, it is very easy to identify with.

I'm generally nineteenth century novels fan, but I really read a lot of other types.

Of course they still do. But you know that this site is a site made for film. There were added other sections in the forum to create diversity. So most of the people who come here, although they still read, watch a lot of films. I think that is probably the main reason for the fact that there haven't been any active discussions in weeks.

I finished one 672 page historical academic book and in the middle of another one that is 992 pages. Yes I still like books.

I think the reason you don't see much discussion here is because that the site is mainly geared to films and other stuff like TV shows and video games gets more discussion because the site members themselves talk alot about them so that gets more traction. It doesn't help that this is at the bottom of the forum post so it's not going to get as noticed as the other areas.

Sorry, I haven't posted in a while.  It took me a couple of months to finally finish another Neil Stephenson book.  Nos that I'm done, I'll read through a couple of quicker ones and discuss.

I read, but this is a movie site.

I've only been reading what they make me read in school. I've mostly been reading comics latly, not text only books.

I like the abhorsen series and the hunger games alot ^_^
