If Wesker is REALLY dead, then I would think his apprentice, Ada, would take over and try to finish his work.
At least, that's something I'd like to see. :P
I really hope that if 6 does come out, Jill, Chris, Claire, Leon, and Sheva come together and fight the virus together, now that would be mega sweet.
They should have added Leon and Claire on the mercenaries for number 5 too.

Over all, I really do hope they make a 6 before finishing the series, I do recall the creators saying that they're working on a new project on the limited edition disc,so you never know! :D

Interesting question, I bought RE5 (the African version) and I thought it sucked. The series has lost its charm I thought.

I loved RE2 when you got chased by that Ogre like zombie, I liked RE1 for its haunted house feel. RE3 was good and RE4 was ok also.

RE6 .. well I dunno.

I think bringing back in the Rebecca and Billy characters from RE0 would be a nice change of pace for the series. The billy character seemed to be the deepest to date, actually having a reason for being so mentally conflicted. And rebecca was a good counter to his personality, she was so innocent even at the end of RE0. It was a good balance of personality; one was a badass with a past, the other a innocent girl whos only reason for being in STARS was because of her field medic skills. And with that they could maybe come up with a fresh antagonist to fight. Oh and enough with all the action man! bring it back to the survival horror element.

i think the next one will be based on the note that you find near the end of res 4 where selected members of the government are infected with the plagas. would love it if you played as calos and had to fainly get to meet and team up with hunk

There needs to be a resident evil 6 because resident evil's 5 ending wasn't all that satisfying and I doubt that capcom would end it on that note, who knows maybe theirs another member of Tricell that has the virus and what about Ada and her mysterious actions? and who knows they may bring back actual zombies and probably some old creatures from the early RE games.

There are other things that weren't resolved. We never found out what happened to Ada after 4 or what ever became of Steve Burnside after Wesker took his body. We don't know where Sherry is either. I know that they're all mostly secondary characters, but I'd still like to know what happened.

im sure they will make some sequel/prequel/reboot but i could do without never been the the same since 4 came along and traded good old survival horror puzzling fun for boring shoting orgys and a shitload of quick time events
