Did anybody find Final Fantasy X difficult?
Maybe I'm having a hard time beating this game because this is the first Final Fantasy I've played, besides playing a tad bit of FF12 before. It's so frustrating because I know I'm so close to beating FFX. I'm currently trying to beat Jecht, in the game. I don't want to rave on this game because I think it's awesome, maybe even better than my favorite JRPG Kingdom Hearts 1. But I just want to finally beat this game already lol!

When I played I spammed summon overdrives on him. That is probably the easiest way. If Yuna is in overdrive as well as the summon, that summon can cast the same overdrive twice. Summoning is pretty broken in this game.
If you want to be more traditional and focus on using just party members, you can use Rikku's combine ability to cast "Trio of 9999" on the party so that all members do 9999 damage and healing. I used 2 Gambler's Spirits to do it, though you can also find other item combos online. I'm a haste man, and I would often spam Tidus' haste magic to maximize my turns. I also used Wakka and Lulu a lot due to being fairly decent heavy hitters. Aurons a heavy hitter, but I think he was too slow for this fight and I can't remember if his debuffs worked on him.
The final, final, FINAL boss is nothing as you are on auto-revive, but it is LOOOOOOOONG. Kill the bigger monsters with small summons, otherwise you are in for a long fight. I don't know how much you know about the ending so I am trying to avoid spoilers, but you'll see what I mean.

hastaga on your team. slowga on him. train until tidus gets the ability(or not....i guess) ALWAYS take out the pillars beside him and send yuna out to esuena your team when they have status effects(if i remember) and use bahamut for megaflare. I remember getting stuck on him too and it was such a pain in the ass. you're not alone on that guy.

Yah lol I know definately know I'm not alone on this boss, I've been looking to defeat the omega boss in the omega ruins to get that one ability for Kimarhi.
