Carlyle to Write Deux Ex Movie: Will it Top or will it Flop?
A little loadie told me that Carlyle is going to write a Deux Ex movie. Now, if you are a massive fan of the game such as myself (played number one when I was just seven years of age!). Now my fellow spilios, is this going to work, or is it going to be thrown into the dust heap of 99% of all video game movies.
Personally, due to the whole structure of Deux Ex storylines, Carlyle has got his work cut out for him, as well as history pointing to us that Video Game movies do not work! Plus, I don't know if he has played Deux Ex, all I know he plays is Pokemon!
Thoughts anyone?!

to answer the question, it will suck, its a video game to film, its doomed to failure. I remember gettin Deus Ex from a friend who insisted that it was awesome and I play it but my gf at the time refused to watch me play such a 'boring' game, as a result I have no idea what the story was or if the game was good but from what I am told it does have massive potential but the odds are not in its favor...

Then use the search function before making a thread. That's only common courtesy, and there's absolutely no excuse for not doing it before making a new one. (Besides laziness or general ignorance.)
