British actor Bob Hoskins is diagnosed with Parkinsons disease
'Today it was announced that Bob Hoskins the British movie actor who starred in lead roles such as Mona Lisa, The Long Good Friday, Who Killed Roger Rabbit and Mario Brothers (forget that one) has been diagnosed with Parkinsons disease. At the age of 69 he will retire from acting to spend more time with his family.
To me this is really sad news... I liked him in his recent smaller roles in small (and big films) i.e. Enemy At The Gates, Felicias Journey, Twenty Four Seven and Made in Dagenham. Hope you have a good retirement Bob.

No shit, damn that sucks. He is a hell of an actor and the film community just lost a great person. I wish him luck and hope he enjoys retirement and his family.
