I have dozens of commentary tracks that I've enjoyed listening to throughout the years. However, some that stick in my head are these:

-'Total Recall' ~ Schwarzenegger & Verhoeven
-'Terminator 2: Judgment Day' ~ Cameron & Wisher
-'X-Men 1.5' ~ Singer & Peck
-'Daredevil' ~ Johnson & Foster
-'The Simpsons Movie' ~ Cast Commentary
And... my least favourites include:
-'The Punisher' ~ Director Commentary
-'X3: The Last Stand' ~ Ratner, Kinberg & Penn

Most recently I watched the Mike Judge commentary for "Beavis and Butthead Do America." It was actually kind of insightful into what was a great tv series.

I really enjoyed listening to the Little Miss Sunshine directors commentary. I'm starting to get into DVD commentaries now so I haven't listened to many.

the comintary for epic movie. had NOTHING AT ALL to do with the movie. I dont even know what the hell they were talking about.

I love the Superbad commentary. Its hilarious, Jonah Hill and Judd Apatow get into a fight lol.
