To start things off:

For me the best film so far is Star Trek followed by Watchmen.

Taken, State of Play, and of course the kick ass space battling adventures of Star Trek.

Not only is it my favorite movie of the year so far, but after five theatre viewings, I have no qualms with calling Coraline my favorite movie of all time. My second favorite film of the year, though, is definitely Star Trek.

2) The Limits of Control
3) The Class
4) Coraline
5) Black Dynamite

Only thing I really liked this year was Watchmen. Hopefully Terminator will be on that list too.
