For me it was a Tool concert. I was less than 10 feet from the stage. In all fairness let's just say I wasn't really in a perfectly sober state of mind but I've never had such a sensory overload combined with such satisfyingly entertaining music.
I'm not asking for your opinion of Tool, I'd like to know if you've been to a concert that stood out the way this one did for me? I've been to other good concerts but it's no contests in my mind which was my favorite.
Slightly Stoopid this past summer I was really close to the stage to. I also got a free poster, wristband, the bands personalized rolling papers (all thrown out to the crowd) They played a great set great songs i was even under one of the singers when he stage dived. They finished the show with a duo performance with Pepper of one of their new songs. I to was not in a complete sober mind set but memories of this concert will forever keep blowing my mind.
Against Me in San Luis Obispo, about three months before New Wave dropped, before they got big, it was simply awesome, they played all the classics and a few surprises, a few months later I saw Bad Religion at Warped Tour, and it was intense, they played shit off No Control, Generator, Against The Grain, and the later stuff, they closed with Sorrow, it was epic, so its tied between those two
i've seen RATM twice and both times they were great but for overall performance i'd have to go with slipknot, saw them on the iowa tour and they put on probably the best show i've seen, but for all time a band i thought i'd never see but did would be sly and the family stone, don't think that'll happen again
Screw Stefanie Myer. I hate this woman after seeing this embarrassment to cinema. Now, of course I am talking about New Moon. If you are a 14 year old girl that hates life and bad movies, you'll love this movie. If your like me, who loves life and…
