I couldn't get into it ether. I'm currently working on the third season of Buffy. Why do tv shows have to be so addicting?

You watch Angel yet? First season's kind of meh but the second through to the end is great

YES, the show was a touch boring at first. But trust me, when you give it about 1/2 way through the first season, you'll see that it's much better. I think the "slow" start is due to setting up all the characters in the mini-series. Once you get into the actual series (the main shows) that "set-up" isn't needed, and you get to the better parts.

Gave it a try and can't stop watching. I'm currently on the second Pegasus episode. As an insomniac I can watch a lot of tv at night.

Yeah, the mini-series is a good three hours of setting up the characters, but at the end it has a great battle and a revealing shocker that launches you right into the series.

The first season is very progressive and probably the best season as a whole. Heck, the very first episode of the first season was so damn good, it won a ton of awards.

Getting into seasons 2-4, there is some filler mixed in, but they also have some of the best episodes of the whole series especially the Pegasus and New Caprica story arcs.

i had the same problem with the mini-series and season one, then by the last 2 episodes of the season i was itching for the next season, and it just keeps getting better from there.

Just concentrate on the smokin' hot blonde cylon :)

Yea it was somewhat boring at first but it picks up speed very fast in season 1.
