I miss the duo. It was my first comic strip and they were great. When I write comedy as a screenwriter I get inspiration from them and their adventures. How do you feel about the comic strip.

Fuck 'em.

You don't know what you are talking about.

every day of my life

Twas brave of Waterson to just pull the plug, kudos anyway for him not allowing any merchandise as well.

When you say Calvin & Hobbes, I look out my window and play this....

Miss them? They never left.

Started reading Calvin and Hobbes in the 4th grade. A weird kid next to me in class was reading one of the big collection books, I had never seen the strip before then. He let me borrow it and I was hooked. I still own every book and the massive hardcover complete collection. Saving them for my daughter when she is old enough.

I think Calvin and Hobbes had a large influence on me becoming a somewhat odd adult.

Ah. The good old days.

.... Are you attempting to reminisce about a time period that occurred before you were born?

No. I read Calvin and Hobbes in the second grade. One of my best years in school and I became hooked to Calvin and Hobbes. It was an inside joke. Thank you for asking.

I liked Calvin and Hobbes, and I still do. It's funny because when I read it as a kid, I had no idea that the characters where sometimes discussing modern society and politics (which I hate) in a comical sense.

Of course I was eight when I read the books, so I didn't know any better. I own the treasury and boxed set, and it something I like to read when I'm not having the best day.
