I did hear some news on it a while back. I thought it was going to be some kind of MMO or something. looks like from all the modes, gameplay, and story its just gonna take some time to make.
SEGA(or Platnum games) is on a fuckin roll for me, they came out with vanquish last year and Binary Domain this year, both games I loved, so I'll be excited to see how this turns out.

According to the Wikipedia page and it's source, the game is suppose to be coming out in July.
I like what I am seeing from the previews but since this game is going to be online spectacle fighter in the same vein as God Hand or Devil May Cry, I can't help but think that this game is going lag like a beast once it becomes available in the states.
