recently in england(a small country between ireland and france )a summer camp has open which promotes godlessness alternative to religion,
what do you think?
They said it was free of religious propaganda, but isn't this also some sort of propaganda? Sounds kind of silly, they'll make their minds up about religion eventually when they grow up, I don't think 7 year olds can think skeptically. And anyway, the possibility to think skeptically or in any way for that matter is something that you can earn through the influence of life experiences, not something you learn at summer camp from some pouting atheist.
I don't think that makes all the rest "dumb". Some kids just don't reach high levels of thinking until after others. We all mature at different rates, and some don't really seem to mature at all.
Lol, the unicorn thing seems a bit cruel, but I like the intent teaching kids how to think analytically and be skeptical. I wonder what would happen if someone wanted to be defiant and just say they exist because he/she believes they exist. :P
I think that is the kind of way we should educate future generations and ya i know it doesn't make the rest dumb but less smart ...i hope that is the politically correct term.
Yet i myself think they need to add some of this to there program.
You know ... some real life lessons and some self-defense.
I personally would love to see good numbers which will happen, but I dont think it wont surpass Dark Knight or Revenge of The Fallen ...but still itll be a fan boy movie woop woop!
A tie? Is that really what your Dad wants? Think of all the interminably long soccer games or swim meets the man sat through to support you before you chucked it all for playing “Modern Warfare” online? And your Mom, all those times she DIDN’T call…
