Live Action into Anime franchise
We all know there's been buzz about Hollywood adapting anime into live action movies. I ask you about the reverse: are there live action movies that you feel could be successfully adapted into anime? Any that by all means shouldn't?
For my part, I think Firefly would have made a better anime than a live action series. I realize I'm setting myself up, but I think if done right visually and scriptwise. Note: I am talking about the television series, not the movie. Any nit pickers please shaddap.
Speaking of shutting up, I'll open up the floor for people to shout out things.

anime is nothing but japanese version of cheap television. it costs less to do a crudely animated cartoon than it does to build sets and hire real actors. just cuz its a cartoon doesn't make it in the same genre.

A full Matrix series, the movie Robot Jox would have been better as an anime, Equilibrium.
Going anime to live action, I'd love to see Bleach (movie trilogy) Naruto (another trilogy, but damn expensive to make) Cowboy BeBop, and Saint Seiya come to mind now.

There was a movie called Versus which really really really should have been an anime. It would have made a lot more sense and seemed a lot less corny if it was an anime stretched over 12 or so episodes. Instead we got the most laughably stupid movie of that year.
