It seems like it could be possible. Nice thinking. I think it would be kind of cool. I just don't know which 3-d animation company can do that. I don't know, but that will be interesting though.

With the technology at hand, it's easily possible to pull off. The only problem is that it wouldn't be any good. It would completely suck. The facts are simple. Like most animation or TV shows, going to the big screen fails to capture the core essence of the show. There's nothing wrong with making a CG Pokemon movie for TV, hell look at Battlestar Galagtica, it's going to be simple to find the people to do a good job. But if you try to make it into a movie-theater movie, it would suck.
