Mean Streets-De Niro's entrance set to "Jumpin' Jack Flash" by The Rolling Stones
Goodfellas-This entire sequence is pure brilliance. Every song cue fits just perfectly.
Songs in order of appearance:
"Jump Into The Fire"-Harry Nilsson
"Memo From Turner"-The Rolling Stones
"Magic Bus"-The Who
"Spoonful"-Howlin' Wolf
"Monkey Man"-The Rolling Stones
"What Is Life"-George Harrison
"Mannish-Boy"-Muddy Waters
Yes! I just saw this again on Saturday night during a midnight screening at the Music Box Theatre. Awesome to watch at home, but even better in a packed theatre full of hash-heads & die-hard
Coen brother fans.

I think Layer Cake is one of the best British gangster movies ever and is in my top 3 all-time. This has Duran Duran's Ordinary World and it makes it totally badass.
Heh heh, in Old School, after Will Ferrells character has been shot with a tranquiliser gun and gone on a rampage through a kids birthday party culminating in him plunging into the swimming pool, Simon and Garfunkel's Sound of Silence starts playing ("Hello darkness, my old friend"). Hysterical.
