The only thing I hate about this game is that it's coming out for pc and 360, I dont know which one to get :(

360. The map editor and the controls will be easier to use. But the PC if you wanna go for graphics.

I think that it will be a huge improvement over the original with it's open ended game play. I question however if this will only make it kinda like STALKER?

Far cry 2 will be so much better than stalker.. HAVE YOU SEEN THE MAP EDITOR? O_o

People have made giant rock monsters, pyramids and the effiel tower!!!

Also Official Xbox Magazine have revealed their score for Far Cry 2..

9/10

Which puts it on par with halo 3 and cod 4 in their eyes.. :D

The game's great! the single player is awesome and the multiplayer is better than I expected altho I have had some connection problems, the map editor is so easy and fun to use to which brings me to my next point, download my map called Red Zone, ive spent ages making it and it'd be great if some people started playing it lol

Anyone else made any maps?

Have put in a good 15+ hours on it so far in single player and it's got me to 58% completion. Once you start figuring it all out, how to get around the maps quickly and how to best tackle each objective... you really grow to love it. Things you fear might annoy you before you start playing end up not doing so at all. It also looks stunning, I play it on PS3, my pal Jake plays it on 360 and our buddy Lee plays it on maxed out PC and I can honestly say that the console versions are identical, and both are pretty much identical to the PC running on "Very High". But anyway, I digress somewhat. It's an enthralling, spectacular, open, beautifully crafted gem and anyone failing to grasp how good it is, is missing out big time. A must buy.
