What scene from a movie always makes you cry?

There are times when you see a sad part in a movie and it makes you cry, usually (with me anyway), it doesn't make you cry the second time you watch it, but sometimes theres a scene thats so emotional it makes you cry everytime. This is mine, whats yours?.
