If it's crap... We'll tell you

I was just wondering I want to make a Moon Knight movie when I'm older. So, what I'm hoping is I want to get real ideas from real fans like myself and all you other Spillios out there. So hopefully you find this dscussion board and hopefully I'll get your opinions from you to make an outline of an incredibly badass Moon Knight movie. So please, share your thoughts on this!!

Oh, where to begin? LOL

First, the origin, could use an update, but for the most part its good. On the same note, if the movie started years after the origin, but had a few small flash backs (like a bad dream sequence, since most of us war vets have screwed up dreams) to bring people to speed would work too. If the movie followed the Charlie Houston books, but with a few small tweaks, it would be really good. There are some things from the origin that would only work if used sparingly, like his multiple personas. No way a guy can be a bunch of different people all day, and be kicking the crap out of bad guys half the night. It would be a delicate juggling act to throw those in there with out losing momentum in the story. This character is so mentally F****ed up, it could be a deep story in to the psyche of someone with his problems. Go for a "Hard 'R'" rating. Lots of blood n' guts type action. Keeps the audience iterested, weanwhile helps them get an idea of why Marc Spectors' head is messed up. LOL

Second, casting is a key issue. Got to find someone who can act, look the part, and hopefully do some of their own stunts for better visual scenes. Problem with this charater (actually any character that deals with military past) is getting the....for lack of a better term, "emotional torment" right. By that I mean, typical PTSD problems.(short temper, depression, lack of caring, etc) That also is a big responsibility for the writer to get right.

All, I can think of right now. Got some work to do, but if I think of more, I'll post it.

Lots of werewolves. The man's called "Moon Knight" and was basically a Batman ripoff for a while, might as well go all-out insane if you're gonna bring him to the big screen.

Um...no. Plausibility, is the best thing for a movie about this character. Doubt Werewolf by Night needs to EVER see a big screen. LOL

Love the idea of nightmares but I think I would leave that till a Morpheus story, more appropriate story-wise, I think.

Also, here are maybe some of the villians I would use if this were to be a series.

Moon Knight: Raoul Bushman
Moon Knight II: Midnight Man or Taskmaster.
Moon Knight III: Morpheus.
Moon Knight IV: Black Spectre.
Moon Knight V: Stained Glass Scarlet.
Moon Knight VI: The Profile.
Moon Knight VII: Bushman.

After Moon Knight VII, maybe he defeats Bushman once and for all and Spector is finally free of any demons and he has fulfilled his task of redeeming himself of all the evil he's done in his previous life. In that way, you'd use most of his main enemies and you'd come full circle.

You gotta use Bushman and Taskmaster. Morpheus sucks, in my opinion. Never was a big fan of that character. What I meant about the nightmares though, was more along the lines as using them to fill in parts of his past that are important to the story, instead of going through the whole origin.
