If it's crap... We'll tell you

Well they just made a sequel to Epic Movie, but this time they are calling it Meet the Spartans. Now I have a question, am I the only one here that is getting sick of all the stupid *insert name here* Movies. Now the First one (Scary Movie) was funny becuase it was only making fun of one movie (Scream), but now they are going after just about every movie that comes out in one year for each movie and it's just not funny anymore.

Actually, this is far from just a sequel. This is a whole series of craptastic films. These writers began on the Scar Movie series - moved to DATE movie. One year later offered up EPIC Movie. And now it is Meet the Spartans, no doubt renamed from HISTORICAL Movie because they've finally run the MOVIE franchise name into the ground.

The two "Geniuses" behind this need to take a bus...a short bus...out of Hollywood FOREVER. There are few artists in Hollywood I truly detest. These two are actually on that short list.

Don't forget The Come Backs, that one is also part of the MOVIE franchise. I just wonder how long until they make an Animated Movie (A movie that makes fun of all the CGI, Anime, & Cartoon movies that come out every year).

In order to stop movies like these from being made, we need only do one simple thing:

The next time you're having a conversation with someone and they casually bring up how they plan on going to see one of these cookie cutter bone yards of laughter, take a knife and stab them repeatedly in the neck.

The only reason shitty movies like this keep getting made is because somewhere, somehow, someone is paying to fucking see them.

But isn't murder bad?

Not when you're killing a moron.

not all parody movies are bad

It's true not all parody movies are bad but the vast majority of them are. I prefure it when they make a parody that is a stand alone movie like "Shawn of the Dead" or "Hot Fuzz". This movie looks like it's just going to be Spartans doing random clips from other movies while splicing in social references. Who the fuck thinks the Brittney spears jokes are still original? Anyone who thinks that is clever writting should: A) Never write again because they have no talent and B) Kill themselves because they fail as a writter and as a human being. Also if they kill themselves it saves me the trouble of hunting them down and slaying them myself!

But the problem with people like this is they don't think they're doing anything wrong. So that's why mercy killing is needed. Relieve them of they're own stupidity.

Guess your right, someone will have to kill them after all. Oh well I'd better go grab my scythe, unless of course you want to take these ones out yourself :)

Probably the most obnoxious thing about these movies are the commercials for them in which they proclaim
"This kind of movie is GOING DOWN!!!"

Way to go guys, you've really put those multi-million dollar blockbusters in their places... by... making the lamest laziest unfunniest pieces of shit on the planet that will make jack squat at the box office and then immediately be forgotten. Bravo.

Who the fuck keeps financing these fucking things? Who the fuck keeps paying to see them?

lol

Anyways, apparently someone likes these films. Im 13 and hear people praising epic movie, the comebacks, all that crap all the time, so I guess you have to be a pre-teen...and this thought was sort of dashed away later on. I was on counter strike source earlier and there were people that sounded like grown men quoting Meet the Spartans, and laughing at it! Not in the "haha thats so stupid" way but the "omg I gotta see that" way! Gah it makes no sense to me either. You guys are film buffs though, the mainstream falls in love with movies that you guys use to prop up broken chair legs.

most 13-year-olds like crappy movies. in junior high, i was the only kid who dug movies that were actually good. stuff like Clerks, Pulp Fiction, Fargo, stuff like that. everyone else was drooling over Scary Movie and Orange County. seems like you're one of the few 13 year olds that give me any faith in the future.

A direct correlation between the video and therefore the curriculum standards should be shown. The movie is to act as an extension of a lesson. Students should either take notes on the video, or the teacher ought to have hand outs for the students.…
