How do I get my friend/girlfriend to read comics?
Fables is a good way to start, but they need to give it at least 2 trades before they make a decision.

Ultimate Spider-Man is usually a pretty good way to go.
The Sandman - this one is probably the most successful 'gender-crossover' title in a male-dominated medium.
What are the best horror movies around?

I know your going to hate me for this but heres my question:
What do you think about most of the horror remakes coming out this year? And do you think we will ever see a new horror movie that doesn't suck and is scary?

New good ones are out there, but they're rare and you really have to look for them. [REC] and Frontieres, for instance, were two foreign ones that I really enjoyed.
As for all of the remakes, I'm kind of ambivalent, really. Remakes are like cover songs, as I've said before. At *worst*, they make people go back and watch the original. That said, I'm actually looking forwad to Friday the 13th.

They were the guys who made persona, then they made a game called shin megami tensei: nocturne which had dante from devil may cry in it for no reason.
Their games are fun, but also f'd up in a way that only the japanese could f up something. Like you would see stuff that would remind you of wicked city.

Hey Jason, do you like any of the comics from Dynamite, I just picked up the first two issues of The Man With No Name, and it is a sequel to The Good the Bad and The Ugly, and it seems good.
