Most Underrated Video Game Characters
Ever played a video game and you meet a character that you found extremely fascinating but the game never fully used him/her in anything? Or the game was really good with great characters but it just didn't sell well? You got any?
Personally, one name comes to mind and his name is Garrus Vakarian. Space-cop extraordinaire from Mass Effect.
He gives a brief explanation of his background and there's a sidequest for him... that's about. I found him truly intriguing but the game sought to use him just a bit less than I had hoped.

Always wished Rainbow Mika had more exposure in the street fighter game. Now that she is going to appear in Street Fighter X Tekken, this makes me very happy.

I don't remember ever playing this character, so I don't know if she's good or not, but I'll be damned if that's not one of the stupidest character designs I've ever seen.

Oh Rainbow was a blast to play with in Alpha 3 if you took the time to learn all her quirks and her several variants of the same move. As for the design, I think it's really cute and distinctive.
