Depends on my mood. If I wanting something that makes the nerd in me feel like a winner Spider-man. On the other hand if I want dark brooding crime films Batman.

Definately Batman. Spiderman seems to be more of a kids movie.

Nolan's Batman films are much better than Raimi's attempts, although I much prefer the comic book Spider-man (pre-Brand New Day) over the Batman comics.

Batman. Spider-Man's best adaptations happen in animation, not surprisingly.

Of course. Spider-Man does however punch quite a bit in his most recent interpretation, The Spectacular Spider-Man.

I prefer the Spectacular Spider-man, in my humble and sexy opinion, but Batman: TAS was good and did provide some rather darker superhero experiences for youngsters.
