I think the title does not really make much sense, but I am going to explain it. What I am trying to say is, are they any other websites, magazines, tv shows and other types of media that you would follow to get your ideas of what movies you should watch.
I listen to Mark Kermode on BBC Radio 5 Live. A good critic but can be a bit up himself, yet he is funny. He may go onto a rant about how crap certain movies are and his love for the Excorist, but block those and he is a good quiff wearing flim critic.
I frequently look at both iMDB and a smaller website called FWFR.com. Any movie fan who is internet savvy would claim that iMDB is their first reference point to look at any movie that is ever made and all the reviews and such. FWFR otherwise know as Four Word Film Review is very simple. Instead of reading lines and lines of prose, this website only gives a four word film review of a movie. Now there are some rules and regulations about how to write a film review in this website, but it is good fun
I also buy Empire magazine, which have some great reviews and some insight on future movies and good interviews. I think a couple of the blogs here have used Empire website.
I was wondering what other types of media you use to see what movies you should see, apart from this great website.
Thanking you
