Brett Ratner Lost His Marbles
After rapping my favorite series with Die Hard 4 and turning Rush Hour into no Kung Fu bullsh*t.
(Most already knew my hate for Die Hard 4 by Killing Ratner's Mclaine)
But in a recent interview Ratner says (paraphrasing) I would like to make a Guitar Hero movie. The plot would be a young boy who dreams of being a rock star and finally living his dream by winning a Guitar Hero competition. WTF?
Is it just me or is he out to destroy all great franchises cinema and video games

Yeah, that ain't happening but Ratner didn't direct Die Hard 4 and he directed all 3 Rush Hour Films.

Dude i'm not sure this would be a guitar hero movie in the same way that Tomb Raider was a Tomb Raider movie. This sounds like it'll probably just be a paint-by-numbers sports flick with Guitar Hero as the catalyst, which was bound to happen eventually as this kind of game has gotten bigger and bigger. But to call this idea a Guitar Hero movie is the same thing as calling The Wizard a Super Mario Bros movie. Just be happy that it's him, because it could just as easily be Uwe Boll.

He didn't direct Die Hard 4.0, he directed the Rush Hour movies, X-Men 3, and Red Dragon.
The guy who directed the fourth Rambo film was Les Wiseman. He directed the Underworld films and is probably currently f-ing Kate Beckinsale. Lucky bastard.
