I think in the original Static Shock comics his friend Richie was gay, infact he saved him from getting the crap kicked out of him from some homophobic guys I guess Bruce Timm forgot that detail.

From the comic Top 10, Sergeant Jackie "Jack Phantom" Kowalski is a lesbian.

In Top 10: The Forty-Niners, a prequel to the events of Top 10, the protagonist Jetlad discovers that he is gay as well.

The Original Killer (Wesley's dad) from Wanted experimented with men, but he said it was "to get him to appreciate when he had women more" or something like that. I'm sure someone has the exact quote.

Marvel just had the first gay kiss in xfactor #45 between rictor and shatterstar...so I guess there apart of the gay superheros too...actually if you want a list, I ran across a website afterelton.com/blog/lylemasaki/eleven-gay-superheroes-who-broke-ground actually tells about the top ten gay superheros.
