Alright guys, pick one or two of your favorite movie chase scenes. Doesn't have to be car chases. It can be Harry Potter after the golden snitch if you want. Any situation where one party is trying to escape while the other is trying to catch. Just say why you love it so.
For me, It's the footchase with Sebastian Foucan in Casino Royal. That man is phenomenal...never seen a person move like that. And thanks to a glut of cartoons as a child, I giggle endlessly every time I watch 007 burst through drywall like a Looney Tunes character.
The ultimate chase is the one from French Connection. The entire movie itself can be seen as several chases interwoven with a brilliant story, but the stunning car vs. train takes the cake.
BULLITT hands down. The movie was made in 68, back then nobody wore seatbelts. The beging of the scene shows the bad guys putting on they're belts, meaning the funs about to begin. Plus theirs no music bed, its all done with natural sound effect. Point being is that Steve Mcqueen chase stuff is the shit.
O' common! The car chase scene in Bourne Supremacy is definitely a winner. I just love the music they put there. So intense. I haven't seen Bourne Ultimatum though.
I was browsing Hulu trying to find something awesome when I found this show. It's a motion comic, which I thought was gonna be lame, but not so much. I've only seen one episode, so far so good. It's TV - MA, so I'm hopeful. Check it out on Hulu:
