Movies You Enjoy But Others Don't (Or The Other Way Around)
Now, I've noticed something about movie-loving communities that is understandable, but somewhat annoying. In a movie community, everyone is harsher on a movie, and I understand why. They see more movies and gain a harsher view when they see newer movies. But they also watch some classics everyone is supposed to love and conclude that they're great despite their flaws.
I like the prequels. I don't love them, but I don't hate them either. It's not as good as they original series, but they're better than many other movies. Now, I can be called "retarded" or "insane" for liking those movies, but what people on this site(and other movie sites) seem to forget is that the majority of the general population has no problem with the films. Normal people like them, maybe even love them.
Now here's an example of a "classic" I hate; Rocky Horror Picture show. It's a fetish movie with Tim Curry in drag... not my idea of a good time.
Anyone else have feelings like this?

FOR MUCH MORE RECENT MOVIE I HATED THE RUINS EVERY ONE SAY IS GREAT MOVIE
CLOVERFIELD IS SO BORING AND QUARENTINE OR HOWEVER ITS SPELLS IS JUST SO VOMITINGLY BAD, LOOKS LIKE YOU ARE WATCHING SOMEONE PLAYING A VIDEO GAME. AND FOR MOVIES THAT I REALLY ENJOY IS MAX PAYNE, YES I SAID IT, MAX PAYNE IS VISUALY GORGEOUS NOT MUCH OF A BIG STORY. TORQUE IS ANOTHER MOVIE EVERY ONE HATES FOR ITS IMPOSIBLE STUNTS AND I REALLY LIKE, ONE BECAUSE I LOVE ANYTHING THAT HAVE SPORTBIKES TWO CAUSE IT WAS MEANT TO BE THAT UNREALISTIC.

Yeah i know it is but for me is a guilty pleasure to watch it cause as shity the story are i remember like 10 years ago i tried a drug that i was said it was some sort of acid i had no idea what i was getting into and for about a day and a half i was seeing damons breaking out of the floor and fire everywhere i thought it would never end. when i watch this movie all that shit comes to my mind right away, i can laugh about it now but i was so scared then.

'Ghostbusters II' is one that I enjoyed. Not as much as the first, but it was still a treat to see the boys back with their proton packs.

Movies I like that most people dislike - Punch-Drunk Love (in my opinion the only good Adam Sandler movie), Rocky IV, Plan 9 From Outer Space (ridiculously funny movie although unintentionally), Do the Right Thing (most of my friends disliked this movie)
And other way around - Juno, Kill Bill 1 and 2, Good Will Hunting, Garden State
