I'd say Kratos but I also thought Jack Carver in Far Cry instincts: predator was badass. He was so wonderfully cynical and manly :]

Easily one of the two most badass characters ever. Frog, everyone's favorite amphibious swordfighter and Magus, the best villian/antihero to ever grace a SNES game.
