If it's crap... We'll tell you

The sequel of the classic horror film The Lost Boys is finally out on DVD/BRD. This should be a joyous occasion for all the LB fans that has been waiting to see a continuation of their beloved film. Well, I am sorry to have to tell you guys but this movie is Some Ol' Bullshit. The plot is centered on Chris (Tad Higenbrink) and Nicole (Autum Reeser) Emerson. A brother and sister that just move to Luna Bay, California to live with their Aunt Jullian. In the movie, Chris meets Shane (Angus Sutherland), an infamous ex-pro surfer that invites Chris to a crazy beach party. Through certain circumstances, Chris goes to Shane's party with his sister Nicole only to have both their worlds turn upside down. I don't want to give away too much of the plot but it's the same story as the first. Seriously, this movie is just ripping off the original plot of The Lost Boys. The only difference is that this has terrible dialogue, weak acting, and an ending that is completely rushed. If you're an LB fan don't see this movie.

I could tell this was whack just by the trailer. Such a travesty. Watching this Im sure would be a total waste of time. Most sequels suck, and its a huge turn off for me when they go straight to DVD, that usually means it's not quality material for the big screen. IMO.
