I always used cry at the end of the Ren & Stimpy Season 3's episode 22 "Ren's Pecs". From the wiki: "After Ren gets picked on by a fat guy with pecs, his dream of pectoral muscles comes true when Stimpy surgically gives his butt fat to Ren's chest after Charles Globe mentions how he got his pecs."
Okay, the wiki leaves out the emotional rollercoaster for Stimpy as his donated ass fat catapults Ren into happiness, fame, and wealth. You can see Stimpy sing you the tale and have your heartstrings pulled a bit here
