I think it isn't fair to compare it to a comic book movie. No, to make a fair comparison, you would need to compare it with Heat or some Scorscese flick. But if you want to classify it as a superhero movie,

1-Dark Knight
2- Iron Man
3-The Incredible Hulk
4- The Incredibles (does that count?)
5- Batman Begins
