I Love that movie, but I am sad because we will never see the Joker perform with such realism & class ever again.

Exactly what I thought, I doubt anyone will be able to or want to match his performance, I just got back from seeing it and I was gripped for the entire movie, the movie surpasses the hype in such a way that it makes all other comic book movies almost embarrising to watch compared to this, the performances from every major actor were great,the action sequences were believable and intense, the plot had so many twists, nuances and a jenuine mythology that made the 2 hour 30 mins a joy to sit through, the question is however, how the hell are they gonna top this?!!!

Everything was perfect about this movie, but I would have liked more Two-face, and a little more Scarecrow. But like I said, it's perfect the way it is.

The Dark Knight was a great movie. I thought it was a little too long but that's really it for me. I think it's right up there with the first Batman movie by Tim Burton. The darkness in it was great and is what made it really enjoyable to me. The acting was great...aside from Christian Bale's "poor man's" voice masking. I think Christopher Nolan was a great director for the film and I can't see many other director's being able to pull it off.
I'd give it a 4/5.

co host, this is the best comic book film of all time and i feel it is so much more than that. it deals with terrorism and other more mature elements. what really made it work was the performances of heath ledger and aaron eckhart because they really embraced the characters and totally redid them to the point of belief. as much as i want this 2 b nominated 4 best picture, im not sure it will happen because i dont think the academy is willing to make a so called "comic book film" a best picture nominee. but definately a very good film!

One of the best movies ever made, and is currently my favorite movie.

It's epic, dark and yet still more rewatchable than anything else I've ever seen.
