Which movie made you love to watch movies?
This group is all about reminiscing about the movie that got you hooked into being an avid movie watcher. Just tell us your movie and why you liked it. Just remember the #1 rule: Don't be an ass.
For me, it had to be watching Return of the Jedi when I was about 5 in a crummy Aspen apartment while my other family members were asleep. Being able to experience the excitement and imagination as well as the deep themes of father and son (though I didn't understand at the time) really got me hooked into watching movies.

The Matrix, It show the potential and creativety that Film can posses. It was unlike any other film I watch.

Movies like ROBOCOP, TERMINATOR, ALIENS, PREDATOR, HALLOWEEN, DIEHARD, LETHAL WEAPON, BATMAN, JURASSIC PARK and BACK TO THE FUTURE. I could never stop watching these films as a kid and i always wanted to make my own since then.
There just filled with so much creative fun.

It's either Alien or Raiders of the Lost Ark. I remember being completely infatuated with both films as a child.

I'm glad my mom was cool enough to take me and my bro to see rated R films since I was a wee baby. Now, i'm desensitized, and it is oh so good.

Personally, I would have probably been bored out of my mind had I seen Alien before the age of 14. That's just the way my attention span worked back then, but Raiders was definitely a child-hood sweetheart of mine, as well.
