I personally think that some of the best storylines and drama came from a few of the cartoons that eminated from the 1990's.

With that in mind, here are two of my favorites:

Exosquad. Completely underrated in my mind.

Batman: The Animated Series. Quite frankly, the best Batman stories ever told, outside of what Nolan is doing with the latest re-incarnation of the series.

Just curious what you all think.

Digimon.
Loved that show!!
X-Men, which I know I personally under-appreciated, but I blame Fox for running the same handful of episodes over and over again (aka, The Ren and Stimpy Complex).
excuse my memory was PELSWICK a 90s cartoon?
Agree with Batman/Superman, and just about everything from Paul Dini's world.

Also would like to add Tiny Toons, Animaniacs, Pinky & the Brain. To some extent, DuckTales as well.
Spongebob (1999 I think)
Invader Zim
Animaniacs, Tiny Toons, that Aladdin series, Dexter's Lab...lol too many to list
The Tick!!!!!!! And Animaniacs was also pretty awesome.
Beavis and Butthead

Celebrity Deathmatch

Sonic the Hedgehog

Beast Wars

Rugrats
I'm surprised nobody mentioned this but I always loved Johnny Bravo and the early Power Puff Girls cartoons, along with Dexter's Lab they were very funny and creatively written. I thought Iron Man was okay(the animation definitely could have been better, but the show was solid). TMNT rocked in the early and later seasons, but season three when Crang and Shreddr were stuck in Dimension X was kinda blah! Anywho I also loved Rugrats, Doug and Aahh!! Real Monsters.

Why list all those Disney movies? ... :( that is just annoying to scroll threw..
I prefer the original scooby Doo episodes, and Looney tunes. I watched most of the Aladdin, Gargoyles episodes I did enjoy Captain Planet, Beast wars and Sailor moon...

But what stands out above all the rest for me is Teenage mutant Ninja Turtles :D
