Very good.

Isis seems to me like the evil step brother of Explosions in the Sky.

The store did not have the album you recomended, Panopticon, so I got In the Absence of Truth.

If you like Explosions In The Sky, you need to check out the band they stole their sound from, Godspeed You Black Emperor!.

I highly recommend Lift Your Skinny Fists Like Antennas To Heaven!, and just about anything else by them.

Also, if you can find it, pick up Oceanic by Isis. Such a great album.
That's after you get Panopticon, of course.

Other than Storm I have not heard too much of Godspeed and did not know they were Explosions' predecessor.

sigh..... I guess Canada is not all that bad if they give us such great music.
