Ahhhh, but anime is suppose to be cartoon... and live action is supposed to be real life.

Moreover, if you look at an anime poster... most likely the anime will look like how the poster is.... you look at this poster and thats how the movie will be... now imagine it.

in all fairness its not meant to be like the proper dragonball its an adaption/ not like spiderman or that but I mean its Fox or whoever doing how they would have done Dragonball which isn't too bad. But if they said that they were totally going to base it on Dragonball and keep it exactly like the source material (I would be happy) but then showed this then I would be pissed off, but its not, its an adaption. Although I'm defending this movie I'm really pissed of about him not having a tail/ and that he goes to highscool

Um I don't see how you could get stoked for an anime live action movie. Of course it's going to look terrible.How could you take a story about a kid with a monkey tail who knows kung fu and can shoot energy beams from his hands and make it look good in real life?

Much like how you take a guy that wears a red underwear outside his pants, add a red cape. Put an S on his chest.... and shoots laser beams out of his eye. Did I mention that he can leap over tall buildings and has the strenghth of ten men?

I used to adore Dragonball z, but then summat happened to our cable newtork and cartoon network(along wiv others) stopped playing. I wanted to see this film just because i loved the show but i'm gunna wait until it comes out on DVD.
Its funny that they made the main guy American or whateva, just so girls could be like omg he's hot and go watch the film, to be honest, he isn't that good looking.
