Starship Troopers Trilogy, only on Blu-Ray?
Despite the flaws of the second movie (okay, that movie was one big flaw, lol). I'm a fan of the first one and would like to have the trilogy for collections sake I suppose, however, I haven't found any indication that this is going to be a DVD release as well.
Has anyone found anything on line indicating that this isn't just a Blu-Ray exclusive, I don't own a Blu-Ray (obviously otherwise this wouldn't be an issue) and I don't have the means to aquire one at the moment, so i'm worried I won't be able to have this obvious gem, lol, in my collection.

Haven't heard anything yet. I know of the trilogy, and I'm sure they'll release it on dvd.

I can't believe the sequel was release straight to dvd. The first was cool and it look like it could have had a great sequel.. but once it becomes a straight to dvd release you know the coolness is gone as well as the special CGI.

You can just buy them all individually. I doubt the trilogy is going to be anymore then the original films bundled together.
If they do put together some swanky special features (like the Star Wars OT box), then you can almost guarantee the set will see a dvd release, just so the studio can get a better return on the investment.

corey vire, there are indeed three, as the third is going to be yet another straight to DVD release
as far as buying them individually, i've thought about it, but i'm kind of a fan of getting sets of movies bundled together, lol, i don't know why i'd be picky about something so trivial, but i like my movie series to be nice and boxed together, but i hope your right, if they have some awesome extras involved, hopefully they'll put it on DVD as well

you could buy the first 2 then buy the third if you don't have PS3 or blu-ray player. but i think they will release it in a box set for DVD in sometime

Should be released on DVD too. Its released in Austrailia as a 3 movie collector set with a Maruader figurine.
