TV Box Sets
I don't have Cable in Toronto, but I still get my TV goodness from box sets. It's lovely...no commercials, no having to wait every week for the next episode. And you get commentaries and all that goodness.
My favorites are:

South Park (The commentary alone is worth it)
Pen and Teller's Bullshit!

box sets..hmmmm....Apart from various Dr Who sets......Curb 1-6, Harvey Birdman (complete), Twin Peaks (1st), various Farscape sets, Absolutely Everything (Scottish comedy series, 1-4), Hammer House Of Horror (complete), Rex The Runt 1&2 (Aardman's best show imo), Seinfeld series 7.
