This thread was inspired by a previous Discussion on sequals that suck. I believe a much more contraversial and interesting topic would be which sequel/prequel are better then the original or just as good. Here are some of my favourites

I found Blade: Trinity better than Blade II, and I think we could name a couple of movies better than that movie. Plus it pretty much gave us the idea that Ryan Reynolds could play Deadpool, right?
