If it's crap... We'll tell you

Curious...

I just paid $3.73 for a gallon of gas in Central Connecticut.
- for our international friends, that's $0.98 a litre.

Where are you, and what did you pay most recently?

psh! That's nothing. In Canada it's $1.26 a litre. And we're pretty much at parity right now. The Europeans are paying like twice or thrice that right now.

That's why I'm asking. Everywhere I turn, people are concerned about the price of gas. I wondered how we were stacking up.

For you gallon folks - $1.26 per litre is $4.77 per gallon.

Thanks Harms!

Around $2/liter. Slightly more at some places, slightly less at others.

For you gallon-eers, that's $7.58... wow.

I paying 3.78 a gallon. One of the reasons the gas price is so high is because the value of the American dollar is falling since the Federal Reserve started printing money carelessly. Right now the dollar is at the value of 4 cents.

I remember while watching "I am Legend"

the only part the crowd really got PISSED at, and yelled at the screen is when is panned by the gas prices at a gas station and it was 5 something dollars a gallon.- Yikes.

$3.45 in Jersey. When it gets to $5, I can no longer afford to commute and must quit my job.
