Clone High, 3-South and Undergrads, all were on MTV around 2001-2003. Clone High was the best, though, and the cast was great and the concept was unique and funny.

I agree with Arrested Development, F&G and Undeclared, but those were already said so I didn't mention 'em.

This reminds me of a line from my favorite cancelled tv show:

"....when life gives you lemons, make lemonade, then throw it back in the face of the person who gave you the lemons until you get the oranges you asked for in the first place."

Oh how I miss Clone High! I have such a hard time finding cartoons with Historical humor now. Someone should start a separate post just to talk about canceled cartoon shows. I am still waiting to find out who Jem ended up with, Riot or Rio. And man, Pirates of Dark Water!
