Felt This Was Appropriate

I didn't make this video, I just sympathize with some of the finer points of it.See More

I'm just old enough to have intentionally missed/had no interest in that Super Mario show or the TMNT but I have many fond memories of Space Ghost and Tiny Toons.
i have more coming up but right now i gotta make a run...."I'll be back"
Tiny Toons and TMNT here too, the rest escapes me completely. We actually had a family gathering in the living-room when Wakko did his burping concert.
Oh yes. I definitely remember these shows. Cartoons on Saturday mornings just don't mean anything without TMNT or SMBSS.
Aww, I loved all those shows. Great, now I feel old.
No need to worry about that unless you can also remember watching Betty Boop :D
Space ghost was all about the theme music and the powerbands.
The HERCULOIDS was also the shit. ZOK,IGOO, GLOOP and GLEEP.
I forgot TUNDRO
Oh,
I'm a old fart.
Old enough to remember 'toons earlier than those.
I grew up as a kid during the late 70's & since I was such a huge comicbook nerd, I usually only watched cartoons that centered on on superheroes, sci-fi or action/adventure (Bugs Bunny being the rare exception).
I LOVED watching Space Ghost ( & his "cousin" show, Birdmaaaannnnnnn!) Where I lived, they would rerun SG along with other old 60's cartoons ( Frankenstien Jr., Young Samson etc.) during the afterschool 3-5 time slot.
Heculoids was probably my favorite though:

Later on, all those mostly Hanna-Barbera stuff was replaced with the Japanese imports like Voltron & my personal fave (at the time), Battle Of The Planets, a seriously edited-down version of Gatchaman.

god. do you remember those horrible dc cartoon short. Aquaman, batman and superman. Not to mention the teen titans.
Yep. I had a discussion with a friend of my brother-in-law at a party about these, and he assumed that I liked 'em ( as I kid I thought they okay, as a grown-up, they're terrible). So he copied a bunch of 'em onto a DVD along with some of those Bring On The Marvel Superheroes shorts ( even worse!) to pass along to me.
I watched 'em & went 'YEEARRGHHHH!!!"
