Yes.
Go read it. It's in trades, it's amazing. It's one of the first books I started reading when I got hardcore back into comics. Along with 100 Bullets it's one of my all-time favorite titles.

I've read the first two trades. Pretty good. I'm not too keen on the artwork though. But the world that Brian Wood creates is frightening yet believable.
