Are their any fans of The Wire out there?
The series finale is coming on tonight and I was wondering if their are any fans of the show on spill. I've been a die-hard Wire fan since day one and am sad to see it go. It's the best show I've ever seen.

You should catch up the fourth season is basically a masterpiece. The final season is very good and ended things very satisfying to me.

sheeeeeeeeeit, hell yeah. I love that show. I've never seen a show with so many conflicted characters, there arent any good guys or bad guys. Well, I guess Clay Dvais would be a bad guy, but that fucker is so unapologetically corrupt that you just have to love him.

Marlo's pretty much just a bad guy, as is the Greek, though the system/chain of command is obviously the real villain

I have only seen the first 3 seasons so far on dvd and need to see the last two.
The second seasons with the fairy was my favorite season.

Yes sir there is. I hate I found this so late, but I'm right up there with you. I actually just bought the fifth season on DVD, I'm watching it now. I was a fan after season two.

Just finished season 3, easily my favorite. If the fourth season is better.....wow.
Although, season 2 was my least favorite.
