TRUE CONFESSIONS: How did YOU discover Spill.com?
The Spill Community has been live for only two weeks and I'm amazed by how many members we already have (over 600!). By my count, less than 5% are people whom I personally invited. I'd love to know how the rest of you even knew to look for us.

i was playing the pc game left 4 dead with online friends and somebody remarked that the black guy louis in the game reminded them of corey from spill.com i asked what is spill . they said it was the best movie review site there is ... i visted the site and have been hooked every since i listen to all the podcasts and have followed the recomendations on countless other media gems talked about on the site..

Someone on Gamefaqs.com's Movie board posted a link to one of Spill's reviews. I forget the movie but I found it hilarious so for the next 3 days I watched all the video reviews. I thought it was just a youtube thing until I was like "man, I wonder if there are more than just video reviews". Ya know, found the audio reviews, caught up on all of those and THEN found the podcasts. Man, I was hooked. Took me two years to make an account though.

I used to have my own movie review website but ironically my brother told me about you guys, I think his roommates were from texas and knew of you... Anyway I really enjoy your site and actually a lot of the time I disagree with you guys(alot being probably 1 out of 5 reviews), but you always make valid points. The main reasons I tend to disagree with you guys when I do is because sometimes IK think you guys don't take a movie for what it is sometimes, what I mean is not every movie is trying to win the oscar some are just shallow on purpose, if you know what I mean. anyway I would love to hear more from you guys! Daniel

I was looking for a review for "The Dark Knight" on YouTube, and I found your review of it, watched it, thought it was quite funny, but I don't really care for it. And then 2 or 3 months later, I started looking for it again because I wanna see the other reviews, I eventually found it.
Ever since that, every day I tried to watch everyone of the video reviews on YouTube, but never really go the site. Eventually I ran out of video reviews to watch, so I got to the site, and the rest is history.
