Roland Emmerich is a CGI whore and can't direct a good movie to save his life (why he's still alive? we haven't put a gun to the prick's head yet). at least a couple Bay films I liked, but there ARE no Emmerich movies on my shelf, and there will be none, and 2012 can suck the Devastator's mighty ballsack.

but yeah, this movie is not gonna be that great. the best part of ANY movie is in the trailer, and then we get to the theater and sit through garbage.

whoawhoawhoawhoa, Emmerich directed the first Predator? wtf happened to him? that movie was great, now he's relying on CGI driven effects shots and lame stories. did he get a hold of Michael Bay's playbook?

Sounds like The Day After Tomorrow w/ more CGI effects and apocalyptic. Not gonna see it.
