This may sound weird but Labyrinth with David Bowie. I saw it when I was 6 or 7 at the end when there in the room with the crazy staires for some reason it confused me to no end. Even though I do like the movie now it had a very unusual effect on me.
Psycho. My mom showed it to me because she is a HUGE fan of older movies, she still goes to the movies at her age. I started watching it and the shower scene scared the crap out of me. I had trouble taking a bath for about a month...................
When the tree comes in through the window in Poltergeist and that gorram clown doll scene. Damn, I still get nightmares about that frakking clown.
Also there was a movie I think called Venom where snakes go crazy and some dude got the dreaded Twig and Berries snake attack while dropping the kids off at the pool. That haunted me for years.
Steven King's It scared the shit out of me as a kid but I loved it.
I would have to say the chest bursting scene and when they knocked of the android's head all that white crap came out of wounds gashes and mouth as he talked. That was some crazy shit. The Thing is one of my favorite movies as a kid but that flick fucked me up.
Also, I hated slimy things so The Blob and the poster from The Stuff scared me. I still won't watch those 2 flicks.
The Return of the Living Dead and Evil Dead were just fucked up! Watching people melt and trees raping people wasn't my cup of tea as a child!
The scary ass singing preacher and when the father vomited half a mutated demon midget that was in the form a tequila worm from Poltergist 2.
1. It - Pennywise is the reason I hate clowns...unless it's Joker or Capt. Spaulding.
2. Gremlins - I had this fear that one of of those Gremlins might pop up in my room.
3. A Nightmare on Elm Street - Just the sight of Freddy made me scared out of my mind.
